Preheat oven to 130°C (fan forced) or 140°C. Pour the powder mix into the bowl and add 80g of egg white. Whisk it for about 3/4 minutes. Pipe the mixture into the mold and let it rest for approx. 1 hour. Bake for 12 – 13 minutes. Gently remove the macarons from the molds once cooled.
